OUR PRODUCTS / All our items have been designed in the UK by British designers Lucy & Jennifer Hollidge. Where possible, every product has been hand crafted / hand finished. Product ranges may include mixed media materials such as glass, metal, plastic, wood and clay. Please wear with care. All vintage items are listed and catalogued to the best of our knowledge.
PAYMENT / We accept payment via Paypal. Payments MUST be made within 3 days of checkout or it will result in your order being cancelled. If you need more time or instructions on how to make a payment please message us! Please read item descriptions thoroughly before purchase.
SHIPPING FROM ETSY / Once payment has been received we will ship goods within 3-5 working days first class Royal Mail. On our etsy store we ship to UK, USA and Europe via AIRMAIL. Please see individual listings for prices. We also offer a tracked service for items with value over £15.00. Please let us know BEFORE purchase whether or not you require a tracking number. Tracking numbers have an additional cost.
MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED / In the rare occasion that an item should go missing in the post, don't panic! Your item code be stuck in transit. We ask all customers to wait at least 18 days before seeking a refund. We ship from our location in Somerset. We do offer proof of posting will all orders, available upon request.
REFUNDS / We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.Please contact us straight away if there is an issue with your order or item so we can rectify the problem. In our item descriptions we are very clear with size, quantity, material and quality - please read the descriptions carefully to make sure you're getting what you want. If you item has arrived faulty we will refund instantly upon receiving the faulty item back with us. Refunds exclude shipping costs. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we'd love the chance to answer any questions you may have. All refunds must me filed for within 18 days of purchase.
JEWELLERY CARE / To keep your jewellery looking wonderful keep all items away from liquids, direct sunlight, strong perfumes, small children and animals! Our brooches don't make good chew toys! We make our accessories from a range of materials and they may have small parts which could pose as a choking hazard. Please wear with care. To clean your jewellery wipe with a dry cloth and store safely. Silver may oxidise if left open to the elements. Silver polishing cloths will restore your pieces instantly. Remember that acrylic can break on impact!
BREAKAGES / Accidents happen and sometimes things get broken. In most cases we can fix your items free of charge, you just pay for the P+P. Please contact us for more information. ALL our items are made in small batches and may be irreplaceable until such time we create a new batch. If your chain is tangled simply place the knot in the palm of your hand and gently using your index finger, rub the knot back and forth. This will loosen the knot and make it easier to untangle. If you item has arrived faulty we will refund instantly upon receiving the faulty item back with us. Refunds exclude shipping costs.
